TERMS OF SERVICE
The following terms and conditions are regarding the website of Triggify and the web app of Triggify. In order to use the website and the web app of Triggify, you need to agree to all the statements below, with no objections or modifications to the terms and conditions or regarding any of the operating rules and policies.​ Please read this agreement carefully before you access or proceed to use the website and/or the web app Triggify. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, and the policies of Triggify, you may not access or use the website and the product.​

SUBSCRIPTIONS
The web app of Triggify is billed on a subscription basis. Each subscription plan has a free plan of 7 days. For each plan, you are able to get up to 5 additional free active triggers by getting 2 peers to sign up for the web app with your personal code. The paid subscriptions allow you to set either 10, 20 or 50 triggers. The paid subscription is monthly and the payment is collected at the time of subscribing and after the first month on the same date every following month. After being renewed, the subscription will continue under the same conditions as the previous month. The payment method needs to be valid, otherwise, the subscription will be terminated and you will not be able to continue using the Triggify web app. The customer should provide accurate and complete billing information. Once provided with the billing information, Triggify is authorized to and will automatically collect the fee for the subscription every month and receive all but limited payment info from the third-party payment provider. The date of fee collection cannot be changed. The subscription will last until it’s terminated by the customer or Triggify. It can be terminated at every given moment and can be renewed immediately after.

SUBSCRIPTION FEE CHANGES
Triggify keeps its right to change the amount of the fee at any time. The users will be informed in advance and will be able to terminate their subscription or, if not terminated, automatically continue using the product with the new price of the subscription.

REFUNDS
The subscription fees are nonrefundable.​

ACCOUNTS
When creating an account, the user needs to provide accurate and complete data. Failing to do so is in breach of the Terms and Conditions stated here, and Triggify will not be responsible or liable to any damages because of it. The web app will automatically retrieve your existing session cookie for LinkedIn, if the chrome extension has been installed. Otherwise you will have the manually enter your active LinkedIn session cookie. You give Triggify consent for connecting with your LinkedIn account when you have an active session cookie for LinkedIn in your browser. Triggify is not responsible for safeguarding passwords and other login details for the web app and the LinkedIn account. The user must never share their password and login details for the web app and LinkedIn account with third parties. If they do so, the user is responsible for any further damages or loss. In case of breach of security or unauthorized use of the customer’s account, Triggify is not and will never be responsible or liable. The users agree not to hack other web app- and LinkedIn accounts or damage Triggify’s property and Triggify as a product.​

LINKEDIN
Triggify is not authorized as an official feature of LinkedIn. Triggify or anyone associated to Triggify does not take responsibility for the practices and policies of LinkedIn. Triggify or anyone associated with Triggify is not responsible for the personal LinkedIn account of the user or for what purposes the web app Triggify, is being used for. Triggify or anyone associated to Triggify is not responsible or liable, in case of a banning or other restriction/punishment of the user’s LinkedIn account by LinkedIn, or the user itself, due to the activities executed by the user with or without use of the web app of Triggify.

​DISCLAIMER
The use of Triggify is solely a risk taken by the user. Triggify does not take responsibility for the product being interrupted or unavailable at times. Triggify will inform its users in case of maintenance of the website and/or the web app unless it being an emergency.​

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the Dutch law system.​

CHANGES
Triggify reserves the right to modify and/or replace the Terms and Conditions at any given moment. Triggify will provide details to its users about any changes in the terms and policies of Triggify. Changes to the terms and policies go into effect from the moment that they are posted on the Terms & Conditions page (here), Privacy policy page, or Cookie policy page. Therefore, as a customer of Triggify, make sure to check these pages on a regular basis for any changes in the terms, conditions, and policies. When any changes to the terms and policies have been made, the date of the publishing of the changes will be stated at the top of its applicable page. The user agrees with the changes, by continuing their subscription (both free trial subscriptions and paid subscriptions). If the user does not agree with the changes, the user must cancel their subscription and discontinue the use of the Triggify web app.​

PRIVACY POLICY
Before using the web app and website, the user must read and agree with the Privacy Policy of Triggify.
